We had a really musical and educational time travelling experience at the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra today. I hadn't realized that time travel could be so fun. :)

We had our Remembrance Day assembly today. We heard from several veterans who shared their stories with us. The grade 4/5 choir also sang two songs for us.

Wow! Max de Pfyffer's pumpkin won the carving contest at the Capilano Suspension Bridge. Huge congratulations go out to him! As part of his prize, $250 will be donated to the charity of his choice. All of the grade fives had a very nice trip to the IMAX today to see "The Human Body" and "Wild Oceans - 3D". Be sure to talk about all the really amazing images that we saw in these two films.
